Godrej Properties' IT park project Hyderabad: Godrej Properties announced on Wednesday its plans to enter the Hyderabad real estate market by setting up a new IT park project. The company has already finalised 34 acres of land at Patancheruvu in Hyderabad on which it intends to develop six million sq. ft. of IT space. It has purchased the land from Rallis India, a Tata group company. The property touches the NH - 9 (Hyderabad-Mumbai) and is located on the APIIC's industrial estate.
